Challenging, encouraging environment. You can make it what you want. The instructors can be very hands on or more of a guide and its your choice how much you engage with them. All instructors and other people in class are always very excited, driven, and positive.

I love the 1.5 class because it is hot and just the right amount of exercise. I think the level 1 classes should also be hot.

Your instructors are awesome. Ever thought about adding Zumba Yoga to your classes? That would be great. I'm sure you would get a full house especially something titled, " Hot Zumba Yoga." Just a suggestion !!!!! Most of those who participate in your program love to sweat that would be a opportunity for a great cardio workout. Anyway. Love your classes.

The classes are great- never the same, always inventive and challenging. The facilities are beautiful and very comfortable for getting ready for work, and parking totally convenient. The best yoga experience all around.

I was thrilled to catch the sculpt class during my travel to the East Coast! Eleni led a terrific class and I enjoyed a vigorous, much-needed workout. Another of the instructors (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who had taken the class could see I was struggling with wet, unruly hair - thoughtfully told me about the blow dryers under the vanity. The building's plumbing can be a problem, so if showering is critical, you may want to give a call ahead to ensure there's no issue. Otherwise, the studio is super clean and everyone helpful and welcoming. Love CP!
