I only have done two classes but the instructors were helpful and encouraging, not at all condescending or intimidating.
Bethesda studio is nice and clean. I enjoy the classes that I have taken so far and teachers are attentive.
It was amazing Friday afternoon. Chris was amazing too. His energy made me say "Wow, his energy is incredible with staff & yogi participants. I was empowered for sure. My neighbor said I was walking very well. She was impressed and happy for me. MS is not my friend. I do not claim it. I just want to do what I like. Enjoying the music & yoga. I really enjoyed hot yoga sculpted. It's unique and fun. I find yoga a tad boring so this was right on my level. I hope they bring this class to Canada. I definitely would attend on a regular basis. I found your staff to be really awesome and accommodating. I felt at home. Keep it up! Thank you. 😊
