Breanna was a fabulous teacher! It was my first yoga class ever and it was a great first experience.
The premises area spacious and the instructors are highly qualified and inclusive. It's great that the instructors offer several options to intensify or ease up the positions.
Love the classes, the energy and the music. Wish the weights and space were cleaned more regularly and that some earlier time slots were offered. (7-8 am)
CorePower Sculpt is a great total body workout!!
The design of the studio has just a much better vibe than other CPY studios in the DC area and there are a lot more options for more challenging C2 and HPF classes: something I don't get at the CPY studios near my home in Reston. This Bethesda studio is closer to my work in Gaithersburg, so you can expect me there much more often now
I was only one of 2 people in the class and Brianna, the instructor, therefore was incredibly attentive, offering lots of hands on assistance. It was like a personal class in which I thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you!!!
Music during class, frequency of classes
I've tried two classes so far and I like the variety offered. The instructors were also great!

The moment I entered the feeling was AMAZING....I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, vibe and atmosphere. Tracey Rogers class was amazing and I returned back and took Brittani's class was the BOMBDIGGITY!!!!
