The People!
Core power has helped me so much learn about myself and my body. Every teacher is so passionate and it really shows in their teaching! The one thing I would critique is I wish teachers enforced the quite space in the studio before class more!!

I've taken classes with about a dozen different instructors and all of them have been terrific. Good selection of classes at convenient times. Attractive facilities. I like the predictability of the sequence used for C1 and Sculpt, the two classes I take.
Great instructors and studio
I usually go to the VA studios, but Bethesda is equally awesome. I just had Jasmine and she's wonderful. Audra deserves a special shout out as she is amazing as well!
For constructive criticism... the last time I had class, I noticed there was another person's hair in my area (from a class prior) and I don't think the floor had its normal thorough sweeping. It didn't really bother me, but just thought I'd mention as corepower has always impressed me with its cleanliness.
Although the classes are larger than the VA classes, the instructors usually do a great job of working the room and encouraging a fun-loving atmosphere. I love it how Audra encourages a short meet and greet with others as we begin class as once you've said hi to the people next to you, it's more comfortable to practice in tight quarters :)
The process is very easy going and the workout was very satisfying. I felt good for days! The employees were also very nice and helpful
