Everything! It's clean, friendly, the best workout and awesome music. The instructors are positive e and motivating!
great classes and teachers, but: please work on the app to ensure the schedule is fully up to date (substitutes, etc.) as early as possible. and that classes begin and end on time -- they sometimes start late and often end late. Not good for scheduling and planning.

The instructors are always friendly, encouraging, and just have great energy. The only complaint I ever have is that the music is sometimes turned up so loudly that I can't hear commands - and I'm relatively young with no hearing loss, yet, but sometimes in those classes I find myself worrying about what I'm doing to my hearing and whether the excessive volume is necessary.
