I loved the Bethesda studios! I usually go to Glover Park, which is much smaller. Julia has done a great job transitioning into this new space, I feel right at home and can’t wait to come back.

Great work out

I love that the classes are an hour. I like the diversity of class [yoga sculpt!]. My biggest concern is how crowded it can get. There doesn’t seem to be a limit to how many people are allowed in the room. I took a class perpendicular to the rest of the yogis. It was awful! Did not feel safe nor was it much of a workout. But other than that I love it!

I love that no matter what city you visit or live core power brand is consistent and fabulous!!
