It’s different from all other studios and classes. I love having variety in my exercise. I travel for work so being able to practice all over the country is really helpful. Many studios are in cities where I have to travel often therefore I see core power becoming a part of my regular routine.
The instructors give great instructions, remain positive, and seem to want to help everyone in the class!
All the instructors are kind and helpful. It's nice when they remember my name!
The teacher, stasia, was amazing. I would come back just for her. :)
The instructors were challenging, the music choices were motivating, and the rooms were spacious enough so that my practice was not compromised.
The class is awesome ! Love that the music is upbeat and the yoga sculpt targets my weight and cardio needs!

Customer service was great! Instructors had time to talk after class without feeling rushed. Would recommend again.
My one gripe is the locker rooms. Most of the locker doors are either missing or broken. Please fix that issue.
I cannot tell you how HOW Corepower has helped me with my health. I have seen a significant increase in energy, motivation. I LOVE COREPOWER

Peaceful and sweet instructors
Dynamic instructors. Challenging routines. Good studio facilities. Two quibbles, though -- (1) sometimes the music is louder than it needs to be; and (2) the wrights are in shabby shape and should be replaced.
I love the yoga sculpt class with Karen on Tuesdays. It’s the right amount of yoga, cardio, and weights for me in my busy life as a full time working mom of 3 young children.

I love the classes, but lately they have not been very consistent in terms of the workout. Lots of new people, but not all very expertly trained.
