I am not really a yoga person. I really enjoyed the sculpt class because it’s more into what I enjoy about working out. The circuit training, the warm room, the intensity of 60 minutes was fantastic! That class I will definitely be attending more and I would definitely recommend friends to go to. The staff are very friendly and the facility is well kept.

I loved the Bethesda studios! I usually go to Glover Park, which is much smaller. Julia has done a great job transitioning into this new space, I feel right at home and can’t wait to come back.
