Classes are great. Instructors are awesome. It would be nice if we could remind some who attend that their talking before class is disruptive and that having phones in the room during class is also disruptive. The lobby area is where people should stay if they want to talk and use their phones.

The staff is always very welcoming and the studio is always clean (even though its located in an older building). Love the classes and the rotation of teachers as well. My only complaint is beyond your control, but the building's elevators are so slow and creaky that you have to schedule extra time to make sure you'll actually make it to class!

Good instructors and great atmosphere
The front lobby needs work. It is dark and the racks are not placed to make you feel welcoming. The people in the front should spend more time fixing the front lobby than talking about who is going to teach the next class. There were 6 people in the front desk and no one is taking the time to make the front more welcoming. I rock a ton of studios and CorePower and this is the most non-welcoming CorePower. The wild thing it is in the most expensive location. Also, the location is not easy to find. Place a sign outside. Even an instructor and another student said the same thing to me and my friend. They said we got lost too. Listen to your audience. My friend and I rocked Tenlytown and she said wow, it is night and day. You were right, this place is amazing compared to Bethesda.
