Great classes and facilities!
I really like how accessible Core Power is and how many studios there are nationwide. As a recommendation, I would greatly appreciate if at least one studio could be opened in either downtown or midtown Sacramento. I will be regularly traveling there for work and may move there permanently in the future.
Farley was AMAZINGGGGGGGG!!!! His energy, his music, his commanding voice and the way he energizes the crowd with his call and response is absolutely phenomenal.

The bathrooms were clean and the lockers were really useful. The yoga instructors were amazing and they made me feel at peace. I never felt rushed or forced to do anything I didn’t want to. I’ll definitely recommend Core Power to my friends and family!

It was my first visit, but it didn’t feel like it! I felt like welcomed and part of the class. The instructors were nice and when I needed a little help on poses. the hands on assistance came in handy! Will definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back
It is a great fun way to stay active, and I have loved every instructor I've had!
The yoga class was great and a big workout! I really liked the teacher I had, Stephanie. She was very good at explaining movements and postures. She was also very nice!

Love Jacqui's classes. She's always adding new challenges and playlists, very devoted to her class.
Classes are great. Instructors are awesome. It would be nice if we could remind some who attend that their talking before class is disruptive and that having phones in the room during class is also disruptive. The lobby area is where people should stay if they want to talk and use their phones.
