Everyone is friendly and welcoming and meets you were you are. My practice has grown because of the subtle encouragement and clear instruction/direction from the instructors. I also appreciate the COVID protocols in the studios. I understand that has not been the case in other parts of the country.

Such a lovely peaceful studio, and Farley had an excellent flow. Challenging and peaceful!

First off the location has convenient parking which is so rare in the area. And the studio and locker room layout is good too. But the best thing is the consistently welcoming staff and the great quality of instruction. Thanks!

I love breanna and sun Kim at the Bethesda studio. I love that the classes are not that full at the moment. Each instructor is unique but each workout is worth the effort. I sweat and sleep Soo well after practicing at CorePower. I also love that you have to show your vaccine card. The carpets are moist in the reception area and I can’t say what the bathroom is like - they were NOT impressive Pre pandemic

I thought it was great. I want to join with a membership, but the classes offered so not fit my work schedule right now.

I love how friendly the instructors are and no matter what level you are you can always give your best ability at your own level!
