I love the studio and have been a member since August 2014. I have a few suggestions.

As a beginner, I would like to see more example of positions to new students in C1. As a beginner I was certainly unaware of certain strains that at my age were exacerbating my back issues. I know we can ask after class, but maybe can be expressed or shown more in class. especially for beginners.

Studio room to the left of the women's bathroom can be quite cool. There is either a draft from the windows or from under the door leading to the main room. If the windows are never opened a handy man can easily caulk up the seals for a minimum cost. It would make a huge difference in retaining warmth. The heat is never quite hot enough for a good sweat or to limber the muscles. I thought it was called Hot Yoga.

I took two or three classes upon my return from Florida, and actually strained my back leg muscles as the room was too cool. I will also say that the few classes I took in Florida during warmer months, the setting of temp was roughly 88-90 degrees or more so the heat was intense enough to handle but most importantly warm enough for the muscles to stretch and stay warm.

I love the studio and will continue to keep my membership as well as try to sign up for teacher training.

I really enjoy like the way these classes help me work out every part of body and make me feel relaxed at the same time!

Like certain teachers like Vanessa, Sun, Catey, Ciara, and Nanci who can teach a consistently good and dynamically different sequence each time.

My husband and I have tried all kinds of workouts but we had never taken a yoga class before Corepower. Now, we are both Black Tag members! While we definitlely enjoy the classes, it is our relationships/friendships with the instructors that keep us coming back. We have already brought many of our friends and family (including brother and sister) and will continue to recommend your studio....unless we can no longer find room for our mats!
