The quality of the classes and instructors
The facility is excellent- the staff and guests keep the locker room and the studios clean. The locker rooms are a bit small when everyone gathers and converses after a session, but other than that, I feel the facilities are great.
The overall friendliness of the staff is excellent and why I would recommend this studio to anyone- not only are the staff great instructors but they make you feel comfortable, which is inviting because I feel welcome even though I have not been doing yoga as long as others. I went with my friend who has never taken yoga, and I was impressed by the attention she received from the instructors- I wish I would have started yoga here!
The staff is very accommodating as well, which is fantastic! I was running extremely late one evening and was able to get in the door right as it was being locked (if not had just been locked)- it didn't take me long to get into the studio afterwards. The fact the instructor was willing enough to let me in, was such an ease.
I like that it's an athletic and non-judgmental approach to yoga.
