I like the availability of classes after 4 pm weekdays and all the options for weekend classes. There are plenty of sessions for someone who works full time. The staff I have met to date have all been very friendly and engaging. Jasmine M knew my name after 1 visit!

The Medford studio is such a beautiful space and everyone who teaches there is very welcoming. They make yoga accessible to everyone. Kristina is an amazing manager and teacher, she really sets the space to be welcoming and without judgement,

The classes and the positive vibe, working hard and smiling all the while, the music, the teachers. At Corepower, I feel I can be me all wild an crazy on my mat in the sculpt class, even fierce. I feel so strong and empowered after class and love that the women around me all are strong too.
