I honestly never heard of CorePower until I saw an ad on social media about the 7 day of free classes. I was curious so I signed up for a few classes and absolutely fell in love. There is no judgement in the studio. Going on to my third month of my membership :)
Good for all levels! Very supportive for a novice looking to get back into yoga
I love it here! I would recommend this to anyone! The only feedback I have is that space can be cramped in a full class. It's nicer when the mats can be more spaced out. I feel like I get a better workout in.

I like that it is a rightfully intense workout class and then you are done for the day.
Loved it, this was a very unique work out experience. Mix of yoga strength training and cardio. Wish there were locations in Jax Beach!

The community is so friendly and the facilities stay super clean! I love that they offer a variety of workouts as well! It is so much better than going to the gym and I feel genuinely motivated to workout everyday!

The Pros: Corepower really centers me. I know what to expect from each type of class. I can push myself or back off as needed with no judgement. I feel great entering and leaving Corepower.
The Cons: Most of the teachers are pretty good with offering adjustments and variations-- but some teachers need more training with this. Class attendees are generally considerate of each other -- with some exceptions: noisy newcomers that slam down their mats, chatty types who enter class gossiping with friends for all to hear, clean freaks who spray down mats at BEGINNING of class, with little regard that they are spreading particles everywhere! influencers who think it's ok to film at beginning of class. Corepower could do a bit better setting expectations and behaviors for class.

This studio is amazing! Consistently clean and in awesome shape - always locks on lockers, hair ties, etc. which I really appreciate. The material the floors are made up of is first class - you really feel the difference on your joints. And most importantly the manager Jenny is phenomenal! She's so helpful and teaches a great class. Delighted I discovered this location!
Absolute that’s class, but more importantly, best video I’ve been to in all of Boston. I won’t be going to any of the studios with infrared heat, only the ones with humidity now that I know as long as I can help it.

Yoga Sculpt is a full body workout. The Sculpt teachers in Medford are exceptional - kind communicative, instructive, and intense in the best way possible to helping you achieve results and get fit. Highly recommend this location and the teachers.
