I had serious pain pain/tightness from injuries but it feels so much better since doing Core Power. The instructors in Charlestown are all amazing. I actually enjoy class which is not always the case when working out. 10 out of 10.

Tori's Yoga Sculpt class on Tuesdays at 6:30pm is the best! I have been taking her class for the past 2 years! A fantastic yoga workout and Tori's passion for yoga is translated into her every class!
