This is the nicest core power I’ve ever been to. Teachers are awesome, fireplace is lovely and there is plenty of space in the locker rooms. A complete 180 from the Newton studio in terms of layout and space.

I love coming to Medford! It is in a very convenient location and has plenty of parking. The space was very well done and definitely the nicest location that I have been to. I love the pendant lights in Studio 1. The Wednesday 6:15pm Sculpt class with Mel D is by far my favorite! Great music and sequence - it flows very well.
The CPY staff is very welcoming and brings so much energy to each class. I also always enjoy the cleanliness and bright natural light of the studio!
All of the staff have been super friendly and helpful. The studio is clean and is equipped with everything one would need.

It was my first time doing Candlelight Yoga and it was incredibly calming
The class and teacher (I believe her name is Lea), were INCREDIBLE!
She truly made it so special with (battery operated) candles, dim light, an incredible flow, and amazing, international music. She called out and thanked each individual and everyone opened their eyes to a wet wipe for our yoga mats at the end of class. All of these little touches made it so amazing and so special.
