I had a great experience right from the minute I walked into the studio. Sofia is a great teacher. Every student in the class was different and she was so mindful about every student in the class. She offered modifications for the postures to enable and involve every participant. I enjoyed my experience at Core power Yoga
I love the instructors and the space. Not all CPYs have as much space as the Comm Ave Location - and I really like the size of the rooms.
It's a 10 in Medford CP with Margaret D., Rachel, Angela, Khushbu, Alex, and Samantha. Fresh pond CP is a 10 with Maureen G. and Widya, but lets get rid of the masks Cambridge.
The SET program is great. The friendliness of the staff and other teachers, building community is comforting in these pandemic times. Thank you for all of it

The teachers are amazing, you can feel great energy in the studio. It is clean, there is a free parking lot. The manager is awesome and takes care of things promptly. I love all the classes. I recommend it 100%.
