It's very easy to join and take classes. The staff is really friendly and it is not an intimidating environment. I love the variety of classes and the schedule and locations help me fit yoga into my busy schedule.

This facility is clean. Parking is easy. Staff is friendly knowledgeable and approachable.

I really enjoy going to the Monday evening C2 class. My mom and I try to go together every week and it really is a class we can do together and feel good about our practice afterwards!

I have recommended Core Power to several friends and colleagues. South Loop is a very supportive environment. Instructors are always willing to help. For me it is a positive experience from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. As someone who qualifies for the Senior rate I can also say that it is a great way to work both the mind and body and feel great for doing so.

I love the classes and the community that comes when you take classes. I also love the products as I just purchased a BKR bottle and am in love with it. It is an overall great place to go and share it with your friends!

The strength of the instructors.

Though the studio needs to acquire more rubber 15 lb weights. There is only one set. The metal ones are very slippery and I always feel like I might drop one.
