The sculpt classes are the best. The instructors' energy is positive and motivates others to workout and the overall consistency of classes is great - you know that you'll be challenged and you feel like you had a great workout.

I like a number of the instructors there: Dave, Monica and Jan in particular. It is close to where I work. It has a full schedule; I almost always can find a class there.

i love the view and natural light in the studio.
I miss the water bottle filler like we have in Oak Park. We are spoiled by our new studio.
