I loved this location, the studio was very clean (which I have been to others and some studios weren't as well kept) my instructor was awesome, had a different style of teaching, that's what I love is that each class is different every time.

I like the company's approach in how they see yoga and want to help others utilize it in their lives. The culture, atmosphere, and team sets off this great environment where it leaves the person filled with positivity, refreshed, and ready to take on the day or to wine down. It's like having a guided meditation vs just doing poses and holding them ....I didn't like yoga before but it was because I didnt have a good environment to actually get in tune with yoga along with a good instructor to guide our minds during it. I love how the studio is right at the top and where u can see out to the city but feel like your away from all the noise and stress. The sun is beautiful and just how the studio is designed gives an overall feel good vibe/ feeling welcomed/ cosiness.
It was an awesome experience. Everyone was very helpful and encouraging. Can't wait to come back.

I love the location with the city in the background! The lady who ran our class was very encouraging and not overbearing. I enjoyed how you were encouraged to keep up but allowed to slow down at your own pace once in awhile! Overall it was a great experience!
I really enjoy the passion each teacher has for their craft and also how friendly everyone is. It took one class for a teacher to call me by name and that is excellent service for me.

I love the ambiance, the cleanliness of the locker rooms and the friendliness of the staff. I also like the fact that the class instructors are trained yogi's that focus on energy and thoughts in addition to the physical aspects of the practice.
