I love the classes and the instructors. I like that there's a a varied schedule and that the schedule is online. I love that the the classes allow me to grow at my own pace. I appreciate each instructor's own personal touches, he/she adds to their classes. I love that I ALWAYS feel so awesome after the class which carries forward to my life.

I like the diversity of classes offered and the great rooftop location in the South Loop. I also like the flexibility to take classes anywhere in the city, or even in another city. Knowing that if I travel I can still find a CorePower studio is important to me.

I like the fact that Core Power provided the comfort I needed as a first timer. Also, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The teacher April T. is a delight to have in her class. She is very good as an instructor.

I really enjoyed the instructor's dedication to good choreography in poses for their students. I also really enjoyed the challenging instructors that subtly push you to your own physical edge with discipline, motivation, and great inspiration. Furthermore, the candlelight classes in the evening help create so much focus and clarity at the end of a long day.
