Workout environment, expertise and variety of instructors.
I am so pleased with this gym. It is a beautiful way to start my day. I love the 6am class availability, am glad there are 2 that start at that time. The price feels a little on the excessive side. Even $130 feels reasonable - $155 makes it start to feel a little inauthentic. I am grateful for the ability to be able to go and it's pretty cool that you offer the serve team thing. I am on the fence with it personally, because I don't want to tarnish the wonderful experience there. Anyways, David is especially great. Just for God's sake don't raise the price again lol.
The instructors are amazing hard and fun. The facility is clean and I love the amount of light in the South Loop studio on roosevelt rd studio.

We also have awesome sculpt teachers. Shouts out to Conor, Sarah H, Lisett, Stephanie and Angelique. Angelique especially is so positive, I always leave her class feeling like I can take on the day.

I absolutely love the classes I have been taking at Core Power. The instructors are incredibly upbeat and assistant. I have never been so challenged while also feeling such a difference in my state of mental health.
the teacher was great! great tips, subtle though deep changes. the teacher was also really nice and welcoming without being too over the top. the room was a nice temperature, but could have been warmer. also, there is a draft coming from the fire place. i put my mat in front of it because i do not like to practice with so much sunlight on my body. i think there should be a little sign, or for those new to the studio, a warning about the draft. BUT, the view was gorgeous! i loved the windows 3/4 of the way around, and their reflection in the mirror. that said, i do not like to see myself practicing; i prefer to feel the practice. the mirrors were hard to avoid. despite all of my comments, i still gave you all a 10.
The studio and ladies locker/shower area were really clean. The instructor was friendly and had a great sequence prepared.
South Loop is one of my favorite CP studios in Chicago. Always love the instructors, Nikki for C2 was great and can't beat the view!
I love the instruction & intensity of the class, it is perfect for me.

The core restore instructor on Sunday night is very good
Workouts are always top notch and I am slowly learning more about yoga and the benefits.
There are times however when my neighbors in class are not as respectful of the yoga spirit and how to enter and exit the space. If the administration would remind people of how to enter and to exit classes it would help me focus. As a newbie I need all the help I can get to get into right mindful focus that core power instills.
