I like the space where the studio is at and I enjoy the different time options of the HPF class that are offered. I stopped going to the west loop studio because they only offer HPF once a day at 11AM - which is odd because most people who work would never be able make this class.

Restorative yoga is a distinctive class to repair lower body issues caused by spine problems
Studio view is gorgeous
