The best thing about CorePower is the team of instructors, who put together a variety of challenging routines and I always get more out of the class than I anticipate. Their cues and positive encouragement push me to my limit. Usually relieved to get through each class, I feel better than I did when I walked in, and I am satisfied that I did it!

Studio was very clean; parking is easy which is a big plus!; instructors were professional. Overall, I loved all the classes i took during the free week. I will be returning.
