Using my Black Tag membership to access the Goldcoast location while on a business trip from Salt Lake City made a work trip feel like vacation. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Both classes I attended were wonderful. The location was perfect. I walked to the studio for morning classes and felt great the rest of the day.

The sculpt class was incredible, I’ve been going to sculpt for years and the Gold Coast studio had some new moves I’ve never done before. Instructor was so wonderful and so was overall atmosphere.

Ashley, Brook,Candice stand out to me the most. Weather its the spirt or energy they carry, the flow, the sequence, the music, or the sharing of intention, the space they create is AWESOME!
The vibe - from the moment I step off the elevator, I am greeted, often by first name, with a smile and efficient check in.
I love the heat in c2s. Strong sequencing and mindful hands on adjusts and assists are key for me to enjoy class. Overall, gold coast is one of my favorite studios! It is nice to be able to borrow a lock in case I forget mine.
I like that instructors and staff greet you with a smile and a hello every time!

Convenient to where I live in Chicago, good class options throughout the day, really liked the yoga sculpt I attended most recently (it was hard, but I loved it!)
