I also enjoy that there is a bit of discussion at the beginning of class and at the end but is not too "yogi mantra" intense.

Good instructors and clean facilities
Normally I don't like studios that only have one room. But I love the atmosphere at the Broadway studio. The room is big enough and something about the way it is situated makes it feel inviting and familiar. Maybe it's the lights or the way it's faced I'm not sure but I really like it. So far all of the instructors seem seasoned too and I trust them and enjoy their classes.
