Love my yoga classes but CANT STAND all the advertisements about tt programs. One announcement at the beginning is fine but talking about it multiple times throughout class and I just feel like I'm in an infomercial :(

The instructors, variety of classes and quality of workouts provided.

I LOVE Core Power. However, I attended a class on Jan 16th at the Broadway location that was an extreme disappointment. It was a sculpt class and the teacher has not improved from the last time I had her. She had us do push ups non-stop. Isn't sculpt supposed to be a good mix of cardio, yoga and weights? I was extremely annoyed so I left early. I understand that some push ups are good but not the majority of the class. This teacher needs to take advice from other teachers and understand that cardio is needed and also to focus on other areas (back, legs, shoulders, biceps, triceps. Also, she didn't do any of the moves with us. Shouldn't the teacher be able to do everything they are telling us to do?

Oh Ashleigh R., let me count the ways. While there are countless amazing yogi instructors none of them can quite compare to you. Your mind, body and spirit are true and pure and it is contagious to those around you on and off their mat.

I like that the lockers have more benches than the one in RiNo. Very clean.

Great range of classes. With a number of studios to choose from, I can practice almost any time I want!! Consistently good, cheerful, "becoming" instructors!!

I've had a great experience so far at broadway. I hope to make this a frequent stop as a newbie to Denver. I have spoken to a few teachers here who have all made me feel very welcomed- Marta, Cristy, Jeremy... thank you so your amazing theming, thoughtful sequencing and safe environment. I have felt welcomed and at home away from my community at CPY Torrance. It is hard for me to express my gratitude in writing for the impact that these few initial classes in a new place has had... but it is stability and home! So thank you and I look forward to more connection and community!

Great Teachers; lots of locations; many class styles and times;

I love that I know what I'm going to get but there's variation within each teacher. I want a solid workout and chance to escape the day, but the teachers are varied enough that I know which ones will do slower flows, which ones are more physical, more into mythology, etc. I also appreciate that I can find a class time that always works between all the studios and they're varied schedules.
