I admit, yoga is not my favorite way to work out nor do I love heated workouts. So when a friend dragged (and I literally mean dragged) me to yoga sculpt, i was not the most willing participant. Halfway through the class I turned to hear and said "This is so much fun!". I can't say I'll ever be a yoga convert but I absolutely loved yoga sculpt and plan to go back at least once a week. BTW, Jessica was a fantastic instructor and super helpful before and after class!

It was my first class so I could participate for free.
Changing rooms are clean and well equipped.

I love that the instructors always remember me when I come in and make me feel welcome. I also really enjoy classes and how motivating and understanding our instructors are. I absolutely love going and can't imagine my life with out it now! Thank you!!!

Liz Br. is by far one of the best teachers here in Denver. Her classes are always challenging and fun-having teachers as great as Liz, is what keeps me coming to CorePower.
