Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Was mine & my Moms first yoga class & was overall a really great experience. Very nice studio and an inviting environment. Our instructor (I believe his name was Adam) was wonderful and provided us with a wonderful first experience. Will definitely be back.

The girls at Cherry Hills are so excellent and impressive. I was out of the routine of yoga for a while and started back up this week with a beginner class and it was a great class. The 9AM instructor took the time to help each one of us and I left feeling great! I'm looking forward to using up my 20-pack at Cherry Hills!!

Clean and fun

I wanted to compliment the staff at the Cherry Hills location. Our group was there on Friday, March 31st at approximately 6pm. The staff and instructor there at that time were very cordial and accommodating. We had come to Denver from several different cities with most as members but a few were not. They made us feel very welcomed!!!

It offered a lot of different benefits. The yoga class I went to focused on several different things rather than just the basic flow sequence, it included inversions, ab workout, and everything we did the instructor spoke very descriptive so it was easy to perform.

Teaching quality

My first ever Yoga class was aawwwesome!!! I enjoyed the knowledge, stretch, relief of tension I found. I don't live in Denver but I will join the Yoga classes here. Thanks, Name removed
