The Cherry hills location was very clean and inviting, and made me excited to do yoga there. The staff had a great attitude and were very welcoming and friendly. Amy Da, the instructor of the C1 class I took, made class a very uplifting and positive experience. She had a great message that she tied into the beginning and end of class. She also gave very specific directives during class, making me feel confident in my postures. I've already been telling friends about this location and my great experience there.
