CorePower allows individuals at all levels to literally sweat it out. I experienced two different instructors with very different teaching styles but both brought me to learn more about my limits and to enjoy yoga in a different way than i have previously.
Love the CorePower yoga Community!! Gives me peace to spend 60min on my mat, where I can focus on my breath, movement and I can create a space between my thoughts. Great exercise, mentally and physically!
