I've been to two yoga sculpt classes and I absolutely loved them. The instructors were awesome, the music was great, and The workout was amazing. I'm mostly glad I didn't die during either class-so that was a plus.

I've been trying to lose weight and tone my body for the past few months and I've been getting nowhere. I'm hopeful that core power will help me reach my goals.

consistancy

I am quick to heat exhaustion because i generate so much internal heat. It would be helpful if the instructors make sure the room is exactly what it should be in terms of heat and humidity.

Also, because I tend to overheat, it would be nice if there was some sort of air-flow in the room, like an ultra-quiet oscillating fan, or maybe some personal battery-operated fans that dont distract from other's practice.

I really enjoy yoga, and enjoy the hot yoga much more than I thought I would- its great! The staff is very friendly and helpful too!

The instructors keep the classes interesting. Each class I take is varied enough to keep me interested and coming back.

The instructors are very knowledgable and take an interest in the students.

I love the loud music at Corepower! It energizes me. I also think the instructors are well trained and love the work they do. I can tell they care about being a part of Corepower. Lastly, there is a nice variety of classes for every mood and energy level.

The sculpt class is really challenging and a lot gets done in only an hour. I also really like the instructors and how they come up with new innovative ways to work/torture a muscle group.
