Great classes, some great instructors

I was introduced to corepower about a year ago through a friend. I had never liked yoga because it was so hard to relax and meditate when I didn't know any of the positions and was so focused on that. I was also in a car accident 3 years ago that threw off the alignment in my hips and caused lower back pain, muscle spasms, and loss of full range of mobility in my neck. Since committing to doing yoga, my pain is almost completely gone! I also travel for work (I'm a special education art teacher) to four different cities so love that corepower offers classes I'm multiple locations at all times of the day. Everyone I have met that's works or teaches at corepower have made my experience. I feel a new sense of control over my body, health and mind. I owe that to corepower and it's incredible mission and team.

Sculpt but I don't think it's necessary to have same class structure! I find myself going into auto pilot and that is not good. I think the staff is amazing, so friendly!

Re the Cherry Hills studio in particular, I enjoy the clean and spacious facilities, frequent and convenient class times (Hot Power Fusion & Hot Yoga) and the friendliness and generosity of the high-quality teachers themselves. However, I'm upset to learn of corporate's recent measures in reducing the teaching hours of its more seasoned, senior instructors. If this is in fact the case, I'll give serious consideration on whether to recommend Corepower Yoga to friends or business associates in the future. Sole emphasis on the bottom line isn't without its reprocussions.

I love the feel of the studio. It has a great vibe, it is clean, and it inspires me to come back. I have enjoyed all of the classes I've taken so far. I most enjoy that there is a wide variety of classes throughout the day. It's very difficult for me to find time to exercise, but the wide array of options makes it as convenient as it could be.

I like the teachers who are wonderful especially Tanya Shanning Brynn and First name removed.

CP Cherry Hills is always so welcoming and inviting to anyone who walks in the door. Each instructor helps you to improve every class and encourage everyone both spiritually and physically.

Challenging classes and great instruction.

Like all core powers, it's a beautiful and clean studio. Like all core powers, it has good course offerings. I like how the lighting is dimmer than your average bikram studio. The men's locker room here is a bit more ample than an average studio.

Love that you sell yoga clothes there and offer a variety of different yoga classes instead of one specific kind.

I like that there are classes all day long, and that there are various levels to choose from. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about my "pass" expiring and that I don't have to join. I can use my ten classes--which I get at a friendly teacher's rate--as quickly or slowly as I like! And I think ALL of the teachers are caring, well trained, and professional.

Kristin is an exceptional yoga instructor. Not only is she highly experienced but her personality and persona embody everything that is great about yoga.
