I like the multiple classes that are available through the day-can mostly find a time that fits into work schedule. the variety of classes is very good too.
I am still unhappy with the fact that one of my favorite instructors was asked to leave the cherry hills location because she didnt offer two classes at this location.

After a recent hot yoga class, instructor brought us out of our final pose. I personally enjoy staying in final pose a few extra moments.
I hope they don't continue to bring us out of the pose, I feel as though we are being rushed out.

THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT! Also, unlike some other studios, this CP location is very laid back and has a non-competitive vibe.

The instructors are uniformly excellent. I work a variable schedule and go to yoga class at all different times (and studios) and I notice that the Cherry Hills studio is most consistent.

I think the instructors are fantastic! Katherine helped me a lot in HPF and I just recently started CP2 with Dawn and I've learned so very much more about yoga from her (as well as from Katherine) and I really enjoy the classes. The sculpt classes are fantastic! Rose and Sarah and Bine are outstanding!!!

FYI- Took Susan B's yoga sculpt class on Sunday.. she is really intense. Perhaps she needs to read people better, she was in my face throughout the class even after I told her I could not do push ups the way she suggested due to a recent surgery I had and I cant do full push ups. She also was hollering "2 minutes to go" before class, it just was a bit much for 7:30 AM on a Sunday.

I love the teachers and their teaching style and how they really interact with the students. These classes are challenging and yet I still want to come back every day.

I think the teachers are professional both in the role of instructing and dealing with clients. I appreciate the positive tone and helpfulness I get when I ask questions or need assistance.

The class yesterday was great. The instructor was awesome. I have to be honest, I dread going to class, I suffer through the middle 30 minutes, and I walk out so excited that I attended the class.
