The speed of the class- hot yoga
Instructors are fabulous, especially Patty N. She is challenging and encouraging at the same time. My yoga practice has improved by leaps and bounds because of her teaching.

I love that there are so many classes available, which makes it easier to find one that works with a busy schedule. Plus, the locker room is less of a cluster than at other studios.
I love CPY. I've been going to the Cherry Hills studio for 6 years and it's the best! The teachers are experienced and always great. The vibe is positive and supportive. With 3 studios there is always a great class available. Also, I have done the cleanse, several boot camps, and yogi training which have all been awesome!

I joined corepower as a black tag member in June 2012 after a recommendation from a friend who was a teacher in Minnesota. I was going through a life change and a surprise divorce. I needed something to help me clear my mind and focus on myself. I had no idea the impact my yoga practice would have on me. In April 2014 I completed the teacher training program because I wanted to get a deeper understanding of yoga and the postures. I had no idea my yoga practice would continue to grow so much from that experience and the friends I made from the program. I really felt like I was a part of the corepower community and family. In December 2014 I moved to Denver. I was sad to leave the corepower family and teachers that I knew and came to love in Minnesota. My first week here I took a class at Cherry Hills and was blown away. The instructors are amazing. I feel like my practice has been taken to a new level. Not only are the teachers incredibly talented, they have a deep understanding of all aspects of yoga. They don't just teach it, they live it. I'm so happy I've found a community so similar to my corepower family in Minnesota.
