Professional, courteous, encouraging staff; knowledgeability of yoga practice; willingness to connect on a personal level regarding yoga practice challenges (for individual students).

On the same token, there's recognition of the constituent elements of advanced practice and the (teacher) sophistication to engage such practitioners with their level of expertise; as yoga practice transforms individual and community.

To build an appropriate cultural mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced students encouraging each other, has always been a unique & enduring characteristic of the Cherry Hills studio.

I love the different styles of yoga offered- C2, sculpt, etc, as well as the different energy that the different instructors bring to their classes. I appreciate the frequency of classes that allows me to fit a workout in before work or at any other time. LOVE LOVE LOVE Bine and Courtney B- they have the most amazing spirits, and are both so incredibly uplifting!
