The staff at Cherry Hills are extremely welcoming and positive. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Being one of the larger studios I have practiced at, there is a class avaliable for every level.
I love the HOT YOGA and HPF classes. As I have discussed with several of the instructors and front desk staff, I enjoy a very hot and humid class. There are frequent classes that are not hot enough or the instructors open the door/turn the "suck out" on too much. I do understand the need to accomodate every participant, however, I do have several friends and fellow Yogi's who feel the same way.

They are very frequent and help me to feel more relaxed and in control of my life.

I love the variety of classes. I come from a running/team sports kind of background, so I eased into yoga through the sculpt classes which were more familiar to me and then onto some of the harder C2 and hot yoga classes. I've never had a bad experience with an instructor, and there are several that I genuinely like and come back to each time.

The people were incredibly friendly and always made a point to address me by my name. I was new to Colorado, and they welcomed me greatly. I appreciated that they had a great amount of classes at various times.
