Great mix of experienced and less experienced teachers . Much better cleaning practices lately . Good room temperature and sound system . Maybe have teachers use fewer “countdowns” as its super annoying to hear “5…4…3…2…& 1” over and over and over again in classes. Thanks !!
I love the energy you get coming into LoHi! There is multiple studios so there's always people coming in and out of classes. Everyone was super welcoming and nice when i arrived.
I enjoy taking classes as i feel motivated by others and it really brings us all together as a community. Looking forward to continuing my corepower journey here!

One of my favorite classes at CPY thus far! Kristin's instructions were natural and encouraging. I loved her music and calming presence. I thought the heat/humidity was perfect for HPF! I will definitely be back.

I love the cleanliness of the studio and the friendliness of the staff. I especially have enjoyed attending Beth K.’s classes. I also enjoy that there is parking available.
The teachers—particularly Rose is fantastic. The loud music and energy of sculpt rinses out my body and leaves me feeling wonderful for the rest of the day.
I go to 3-4 classes a week at this studio and absolutely love it!

The instructor was empowering! It was my first class back after recovering from an illness and she motivated me to keep going.
Amazing teacher and got energy from the whole space. This was my first time back after having a baby and I was scared of being judge but that was the opposite experience I had. I felt welcomed and encouraged to go at my own pace.
