More Sasha classes - the only reason I take classes at the Colorado location is Sasha
Everything! Challenging but supportive of my own level. Hot! Clean and well kept. Thank you!
The Nidra portion of the Restore class was great
Sherri Tobin is the reason I joined core power. She is truly amazing at what she does. I have never had a better workout and felt so connected and grounded. I’ve only taken a few classes but no one has compared to her. I look forward to my Saturday yoga sculpt class every week, and I know everyone else who takes her class does too!
The substitute teacher that we had for sculpt was amazing. She kept the class going. It was fun, and her spirit was amazing and she kept us through the entire class which I appreciate and she didn’t cut it short.
Awesome music and good consistent work out.
Instructors, room temperature, locations
The YS class was very tough, aligned to students of various fitness levels. I will definitely attend another class
So far loving the Tennyson studio especially teachers like Robyn, Lindsey, Kimberly, Dan and Ryan - each give a unique, quality experience. Suggestion #1: For HPF, I would like the temperature of the class to be consistent across instructors. I LOVE the heat, but I do find some instructors do not turn it up as much. Suggestion #2: Studios I have practiced at in the past have "markers" to know where to place your mat; this would be so helpful for those full classes to create less stress for folks coming in and not knowing where to put their mat. Thanks for all you do!
I have to give a shout out to Noemi—her classes are so refreshing. I’ve been practicing over 20 years and I’ve found her flows to be really interesting for my body and mind.
Love the Tennyson studio! Amazing teachers, very welcoming, and the studio is always clean
Love the studio love the people
Close to my home, very relaxing feel, and I know exactly what to expect from classes. It's rather cost prohibitive (like most things these days) so I cannot ever be a regular, but I would if it were affordable (I used to be, in the 2010's.) This is one of my favorites of the ones in and around Denver.
Michaela is the best! Positive, creative and a true pro!
This studio is really fun. I love the high ceiling and old hardwood floors. The instructor was really on point.
I am getting to enjoy specific teachers and their classes. I am trying to become stronger and increase my balance, plus release stress or tension. I have come to appreciate the heated rooms and breathing reminders.
Great workout! Great teacher!
Lindsey Lee is the best teacher I’ve ever had.
Elias is amazing.
Challenging classes, incredible instructors, able to attend before work so schedule time, everything!
The instructor was amazing, I felt truly engaged!
We had a great time!
Anna Carmichael is a phenomenal teacher!
I typically go to C2 and I love the variety of instructors, the intention they put into the flow, the music, the cleanliness of the facility.
Staff and facility are great! Locker room is clean.
I love cpy and appreciate it's consistency and simplicity. I appreciate cpy's lesser focus on the spiritual aspects of traditional yoga but enjoy the calming effects and serenity of going to the studio. That being said a few of my recent visits were not so much. A new instructor to the regular Broadway schedule seems to have her friends attending class when she is teaching. There are usually 4-5 individuals in her posse that don't seem to mind or regard the 'quiet' signs by the door outside the heated studio. While sitting on their mats before class, they were having their conversation like they were in a coffee shop. The first time I noticed them it was the 645p class on a Friday. Ok, so I thought this is their Friday night social thing and I let it go. Then after class, this chatty group was now in the lobby carrying on their with 'coffee shop' conversation with the instructor. Then the next class I took where she was the instructor, it happened again. A group of individuals carrying on their regular conversation before class in the heated studio. Again, after class I walk out to the lobby and they are there again having a jovial conversation along with the instructor. That is when I realized these were her friends.
I think it is wonderful that they are supporting her and attending her class but she needs to let them know that they are disrupting the calm and peacefulness of the entire studio environment. Not only in the heated studio, where being quiet is expected but also in the lobby, where a group gathering and conversation creates a crowded and definitely not calming vibe. Voices carry.
Perhaps she could regard the studio as sanctuary-like and encourage her friends not to loiter in the lobby. And of course, she could point out the quiet plaque to them too!
Love Lisa and the other Grant studio team.
Warm, inviting, challenging, zen - as it should be
