Kate Fr's class has been my least favorite out of all the classes I have attended. The infinity breathe routine was unyielding, leaving no room for movement adjustments. Moreover, she persisted with it well into what should have been the cool-down segment of the class, which resulted in borrowing time outside the scheduled hour. Also was a huge fan of the upstairs room its a hot room, open exposed windows, and the heat was another level. Over all great club and friendly staff though.

I love CorePower and all my favorite teachers! I have been coming on and off for probably 7 years. However, I do have one suggestion; Many of the studios (LoHi & Grant especially) show a lot of wear and tare and need some TLC. This includes updating faded, dirty and worn paint, as well as chips and holes in drywall.
Kate, thank you so much for getting more weights!!! Now all I need is a doctor's note so that I can get out of work early every Tuesday and make your Strength X class. Ha!

Community and caring instructors
Jenn had an amazing energy in class. Seriously one of the most fun and challenging C2 classes I have taken!

The instructor was wonderful - she pushed us but not to the point of pain. Really enjoyed this class. Big room, not too packed which is good since the overcrowded room is a reason for me to leave a class.
Samantha is a knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring instructor who actually helps students with form as well as growing spiritually. CorePower has too many instructors currently who do not help students with form, which is very unfortunate and unsafe. How do you all address this and recruit more instructors like Samantha? Best wishes and nameste.

Was a wonderful ambassador to core power to welcome me back in to my practice as I began my teach training. She courteously allowed me to store my bike inside as I forgot the key to my lock. It definitely want more classes with her she has a very serene flow and I could tell from my fellow class yogis quite the following.

Me and my friends love this place! Our regular workouts are tues and Thursday mornings at cherry hills and the co blvd locations. Alicia is our favorite! We love Anastasia aka miss banana as well! Great instructors that keep us coming back.
This is by far my favorite, CorePower yoga studio! Super clean, friendly and a lovely yoga practice with lots of energy and passion.
Obsessed with Liz Ma's class! She is such a good teacher - brings incredible energy and always switches it up.

As a first-timer who was intimidated to try something new, I immediately felt welcomed into the CorePower community. The classes and instructors do an excellent job of making you feel challenged but not forced to push your limits beyond what you're comfortable with. The practice of yoga is a very personal journey, and this is encouraged in every class where you are free to modify and flow at your own pace. There really is something for everyone and every level here. I am excited to continue to explore what CorePower has to offer!
