The instructors especially Jay and Marissa combined with their playlist and energy, you will no doubt have a great hour workout. I’ve tried multiple workouts in the past but yoga sculpt and hot power fusion helps me stay physically and mentally balanced. I can’t thank this place enough!
I love that CPY is consistent. Whether around the city, or while traveling in another state - the on site facilities, class instruction, quality of instructors are all the same. And i love that about CPY, its setup to help you stay true to purpose, minimize excuses, and stay mindful of your intention.

My CorePower Yoga experience on Henderson was absolutely stellar! The enthusiastic greetings from staff upon arrival were welcoming and warming. The studio ambiance was awakening, but also relaxing. I had my first class with Laura and she rocked it out in Sculpt. It was very upbeat and physically challenging. My second Hot power fusion class with Donnie was wonderful as well. He was very attentive to the humidity in the room and explained every move in detail at a smooth pace. My boyfriend Chris has been going for quite some time and wanted me to try it out with him. I am so happy I did. I will definitely be back again soon!
The instructors at Henderson are all so friendly, and I always get a great workout! The manager always remembers my name and greets me with a warm smile. The classes focus on progress over perfection and help me grow my practice. I do wish that there was an 8:00 AM class, but I realize that may not be a profitable time.

Wonderful experience! Waking up and starting your day at 6 am is hard, but the trainers at CorePower Yoga definitely made this easier! They are very encouraging as you go through your sessions and still find a way to bring you centered again at the end of the session. Already have recommended this to multiple people and will be getting a membership very soon!
