I loves the atmosphere! It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The instructor had a great personality and was very encouraging, as this was my first time doing any type of yoga. She was easy to understand and made sure everybody was able to follow along. I truly enjoyed the positive energy Alysia embodied and it was a great way to start the day.

Each studio has a unique ambiance and southlake feels like luxury. Amazing instructors (Lynda and jaydee) and this particular studio is stunning. The flow always energizes me and continues to strengthen my practice and my body. Grateful for each corepower studio and all its instructors!

Love it all! Well parking could be improved slightly but prob not going to happen. And maybe add a few more CPY2 classes. And Restore classes. But overall it's great!
