knowledgable staff, broad array of services available. Easy to make appointment. Clean fresh decor. I came on a sunday so parking was not an issue but when coming for long appointments including sauna and WBV and 1 1/2 hour massage parking can be an issue. My
husband is coming next week for the above treatment and hopefully he can find a spot. Last thing you want coming out would be a
parking ticket.
There is a lot of variety and the therapists seem very knowledgable as well as friendly.

I LOVE Zarko. He is amazing. He gives the best deep tissue massage.
Everyone whom I have met so far is very friendly and extremely helpful! Erin whom does my acupuncture treatments, is wonderful to talk too! My first session I was very nervous as I am very afraid of needles, and she was able to put me at ease and ensure I was comfortable with the process- not to mention that when she puts the needles in I can't even feel it!
The girls at the front desk are also wonderful! Whenever I ask questions via email they always respond in a helpful and timely manner!
