When I enter the space, it's always been very warm and inviting and sacred.
I know you are still in the process of getting set-up in your new location but I have to admit, the warmth and the serenity wasn't there this time. It was my first visit to your new location and while I see the potential, it wasn't the same for me. I found it loud, could hear people talking throughout my entire massage and when I had my sauna, I could hear people coming and going and it just wasn't the same experience as in the past. I have faith these bugs will be worked out but the talking was very distracting....

The new space is beautiful, the EFT treatment had a very positive impact, I liked it so much, I will be back in January.
The therapists I have had in my sessions with are all top notch.
I love the new location. The only thing that was a little disturbing is a client in an adjacent room was talking and very loud. Perhaps a keep you voice low sign would encourage some people. I know there are people who don't respect this.

Love your staff and my most favorite is Don for acupuncture. I would suggest getting a highly qualified facial technician in to expand your services. Also I'm just starting to try the yoga. I found the yoga meditation class could use some improvement such as, more options for different levels, clear /direct instruction (to many "ums" and best to not say "I should have said that earlier" as students may lose confidence", and for the instructor to keep an eye on students who are doing improper poses. I am a former teacher at Hot Yoga on 17th (voted best yoga studio numerous times) so this definitely impacts my level of standards. There are many yoga studios now so it's good to stay competitive and having highly qualified teachers is definitely an asset - keep up with training review for sure. Would recommend that the back room have a more organized way of storing bolsters and yoga accessories. I'm sure there are more improvements coming due to renovations and I can definitely appreciate that may be one of them.
