The location is great, easy to find. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and I felt very confident in his ability. My massage was excellent. I've never had a massage therapist give me exercises to do to help me out. I thought that was great. The facility is beautiful, bright and clean.

great overall experience. I feel that Prema offers more than just a massage - I am asked through provoking questions about my health and what is going on with my body. There are always suggestions or explanations about what I can do to deal with an issue etc.

The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. I had a massage with Zarko and it was one of the best massages I have received. He took the time to understand my issue and you could tell that he is very knowledgable. The massage was very "technical" and targeted my trouble spots exactly. He was also very warm and welcoming and took the time to offer me preventative stretches and techniques. Solid massage, I will highly recommend him.

Just a quick suggestion - your booking engine emails have a return address of "@frontdesk". I imagine that's how your IT person set it up, but it might be more customer focused to have something more like "@premaguestservices" or @guestservices" even.

The massages I receive at Prema are some of the best massages I have ever had. The therapists are very at tentative when it comes to details and are quick to insure their pressures and techniques are satisfactory to me.
The staff is aweseome. The rooms could be a bit more cozy tho..felt kind of cold compared to some of the places I've been to. My massage was amazing tho. Thanks!! See you next week! :D
