Friendliness of staff. You can tell they love dogs! It’s nice to see the “camp supervisor” pet and interact with the dogs as well. I feel comfortable leaving Ryder at Camp Bow Wow. He’s in great, loving hands.

I enjoy being able to see my dog on camera during his stay. Camp Bow Wow is the opposite of most kennels. They let the dogs play together most of the day with breaks rather than boxed up most of the day with very limited free time. I like Camp Bow Wow because my dog likes Camp Bow Wow.
You hire competent, friendly staff! They consistently do an amazing job-our dog is always happy to play at bow wow-thx to for always being on top of admin and account issues-great job!
I Love the care and affection most of the dog watchers and front staff give. Sometimes it seems when watching the cameras many of the people don't show any acknowledgement or affection or attention to them. Some dont show caring when they are in the units with the dogs, its like they don't want to be there.

The BEST!!! My dog gets excited as soon as we pull up. We walk in and are greeted by name. I check the cameras throughout the day, and he is always having a blast with his tail wagging. I see the staff keeping the dogs happy and the area clean. I am so glad a friend referred me!!!
