Very helpful staff and the videos of my pet is always nice to check in on my puppy. The attendance are very watchful of all dogs at all times. And my puppy has learn to be social both with people and other dogs .

I love every person who works at Camp BowWow Aurora. I have taken Zippy to other places for day care and boarding, but Camp BowWow Aurora is the best! Zippy has separation anxiety, but she is always happy to go with every staff member. Amber and Nick are especially friendly, professional, and true dog lovers! I cannot recommend Camp BowWow Aurora enough!

My dogs love Camp Bow Wow. They always run in the door and the staff knows them and is always happy to see them. They have great customer service and it’s easy to make a reservation. Highly recommend!
Once you have your dog credentials in the system, you can go to any location sometimes with extremely little notice and drop the dog; we had an emergency at the airport and had to leave the dog back - found a Camp Bow Wow 10 min away from airport - made an appointment for our dog and boom, it was a done deal. Dropped our precious dog and on we continued on our trip. And the fact that we can see the dogs on the camera is a huge plus. Also, the fact that the dog comes back home happy and relaxed (vs wired and anxious) is a HUGE plus. One minor issue - our dog came back a week after, he was wheezing, coughing and sneezing. Not sure if he caught something from another dog or he was outdoors a bit too long. Either way, he is on his way to recovery.
Our dog is always happy to arrive at Camp Bow Wow and is in good spirits when she leaves, which tells us that she feels safe and secure in your care!
