Our family suffered a huge loss in Walter’s Alfa dog the day before, we wanted Walter to see other dogs and maybe play to hopefully help lessen his grief while we dealt with some really painful decisions, We found out when picking him up he really wanted human love and you all provided it when we were unable to do so made my heart happy. Thank so much for being there for him when we couldn’t be there.
We love Camp Bow Wow. Our Ziggy comes home tired but more importantly when we arrive he is so eager to go inside and see his friends, both human and 4 paw friends. I get the sense that the staff likes him and will care for him like I do. That is such a comfort, a comfort that I did not have at another facility that he was going to for a very limited time. Over all I think going to camp is great for Ziggy and our family!

I don’t have enough words to describe how thankful I am for Cienna and the other staff members who helped us at the East Springs location. I had two dogs, Lani and Mauka, that recently stayed at this camp for four days, and during their time there, one of the worst things imaginable happened. Lani had recently been diagnosed with glaucoma in her right eye and was receiving treatment for it. We left Lani with of her meds and the staff did an amazing job at making sure she received all 5 sets of eye drops every day. Well, during Lani’s stay, she unfortunately developed glaucoma in her left eye and became totally blind. I received a phone call to let me know what was going on, and the staff (I’m sorry I can’t remember who placed the initial call) was incredibly kind, gentle, and accommodating to my sweet girl’s needs. Then, Cienna called me to let me know the camp was closed on Sundays from 10-5, and that meant we wouldn’t be able to pick Lani up when our flights got back to town, and that she would miss a round of her medications. Cienna was incredibly gracious and offered to meet us when the camp was closed so we could get our girl back asap and make sure she didn’t miss her eye drops. I am so so so thankful that if my baby girl couldn’t be in my care when she went blind, that she was being cared for by a staff of people that are so diligent, loving, and wonderful. Thank you again, Camp Bow Wow, for everything you have done for my family!
I like that when I leave my dogs there, I know that they’re taking very good care of them and giving them the attention that they need. I never have to worry about them. Y’all are fantastic!
This was our first time going in Colorado. The people were great at communicating ahead of time via email and they scheduled the initial interview to test dogs sociability, friendliness, etc. quickly and at my convenience. Everyone was friendly and courteous when we arrived. They communicated clearly, were great with our 3 dogs and after our dogs "passed" their initial interviews, they kept them in daycare for 3 hours all at no charge to further evaluate them and get to know them and get the dogs comfortable with a new location. During that 3-hour trial time, I could get on their app and watch live feed of the dogs to see how they were doing, which reassured me that all was well. Our dogs are now registered and official "campers" and we plan to use Camp Bow Wow regularly for daycare. I was really impressed with the thorough vetting (to protect my dogs and others' dogs) and with everyone's great attitude. I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow Colorado Springs East location if you are looking for doggie daycare!

Friendly staff who are attentive to pets-and their owners! Appreciate that this Camp BowWow location limits the # of dogs and seems to pay more attention to the dogs during group playtime.
My husband and I would recommend you in a heartbeat! Terrific personnel and you took such good care of our dog. We left her with you due to an emergency and you helped us out a lot. Are dog has been at camp bow wow centennial 3 times and we have always been happy with her care. I swear when we picked her up last week, she seemed to want to stay instead of going home.

Lots of play time during my dog's boarding stay. I love that I can check in to see how he's doing via video feed. Love that I can manage everything (reservations, pet updates) right through your app! Super easy to use.

The Parker Camp Bow Wow Team is the best. We have been boarding our pets here for 15+ years and they continue to provide a great service and have always treated us and our pet like family. The website is super easy to use and the best way to reserve boarding sessions.
