I love the staff! The facility is nice, but the staff make all the difference! They take the time to know your dog. The staff communication is awesome. They always look you in the eye to talk. It is a rare thing these days!

Timely communication from the front desk over email about reservations. Super prompt and professional and they’ve been flexible with me when I’ve had last minute changes in my schedule. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else!
I love taking our girl to camp bow wow. They have helped me out greatly this year. I work weekends and it’s so useful to be able to drop her off before I head to work. The staff is always kind and happy to see our high energy baby. She is well taken care of at camp bow wow and I recommend the facility to others regularly.

The workers at the front desk are always friendly. Always ask if there are any updates to her health or meds. There usually isn’t but it’s nice they ask.
I love how the workers in the play yards will play with my crazy pup if she try’s to play with them.

When our dog goes to Camp BowWow she is never reluctant to leave us behind in the lobby and go back into the play area. When she boards there we appreciate seeing the daily report they keep on her feeing and well being.
