I also like the app, which makes scheduling and observing my dog on a video cam so simple.
I like the personal touch everyone provides. I can ask for the enrichment in the morning when I drop Rylee off and sure enough he gets it. The photos are great, someone has great timing with some of the pictures I have received from his enrichment adventure. All the staff is friendly and know my pup. He can hardly wait to get inside and is tired when he comes home from all the playing.
All employees are nice, you can tell they love dogs, they are willing to answer all questions even the dumb ones.
Everyone is kind and helpful. Wiley seems content when he visits and I don't worry about him as I know he is being treated respectfully.
