It's a great space to send my high energy dog while going out of town and know he isnt just stuck in a cage all day. He is getting plenty of stimulation to tire him out.

Friendly staff and screening dogs beforehand so you know they are not aggressive. Dogs are always supervised.

Dogs are happy when I pick them up. The people who work there like dogs, and now know my guys. From my perspective all runs smoothly at Camp Bow Wow, which makes me feel at ease at leaving my 4 guys.

What we like; Camper Cam, Staff calling dog by Name, etc. is secondary to how excited our dog gets when we pull into the parking lot.
I like playtime is included for overnight stay. I have witnessed via camera an employee showing care and affection to our Bonnie while there for an overnight stay. I believe a young man was returning Bonnie to her suite and Bonnie was not real happy about staying in. The young man went back in and picked her up for some petting and I saw her licking him. He was sensitive to her need for some affection before leaving her in the room. By what I saw on camera after setting her back down he must have told her to stay and she sat and did as she was told. At that point she was calm and fine for the night. I felt glad she was in your care while her family was away.
We also had Bonnie in for a bath recently and whomever took care of her did an outstanding job! She is in that time of year where she is shedding like crazy. She was brushed out well and looked and smelled great!! Thank you!
